Full-Time, 4 Day Work Week, No weekends, $22.00/hour with overtime over 40 hours a week.

Do you enjoy working independently, but also like having the support of a team around you? This position could be a great fit for you! Our Warehouse Loaders work in a fast-paced environment with a team of over 25 employees, ensuring that pallets are accurately loaded onto the trucks for delivery.

Don't have warehouse or power industrial equipment experience? No problem! No previous warehouse or industrial equipment experience is necessary. Warehouse Loaders will be properly trained and certified to use electric, ride-on pallet jacks.

Position Information:

Full-Time: Monday-Thursday evenings, with the shift starting at 1:00pm until all loads are finished

Compensation:

  • $22.00/Hour
  • Overtime over 40 hours per week worked
  • $500 retention bonus after 3 months of employment and $1,000 retention bonus after 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment

Position Information: Responsible for accurately, carefully and efficiently loading product on trucks for delivery.

Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:

  • Ensure that pallets are loaded onto the appropriate truck
  • Load delivery vehicle evenly from front to back in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all pallets are wrapped tightly in plastic wrap
  • Handle pallets appropriately and carefully to minimize or eliminate injury or damage to products

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that there is no damaged product loaded on the truck
  • Inspect power industrial equipment daily and report any damage or mechanical problems immediately to
    management
  • Safely operate power industrial equipment and only operate equipment that you are authorized and
    certified to use.
  • Perform all duties safely and responsibly, stretch before performing duties, practice proper lifting
    techniques to avoid injuries
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • At the end of the shift, ensure that all product is leveled off; floors are swept; debris is placed in the proper
    receptacles, clean equipment, charge equipment and turn in key
  • Report any accidents, near misses or property damage immediately to management
  • Ensure all duties are completed and check-in with management before leaving each shift
  • Assist with selecting and palletizing product as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous warehouse, forklift, pallet jack, or voice picking technology experience preferred
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, 165 lbs. occasionally
  • Able to reach, stand, sit, kneel, bend, push, pull, and climb repeatedly or for long periods of time
  • Certified and able to operate power industrial equipment
  • Able to follow directions as well as able to read
  • Self-starter who is able to work both independently and as a team

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse environment- subject to varying elements while working
  • Must wear safety toe shoes at all times while working
