Overview

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Newark, DE

Compensation: $24.00 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, occasional weekends if needed

Start Time: 5pm-1:30am until workload is completed. Overtime may be required depending on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner

  • Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift

  • Palletize products for loading

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.

  • Take care of our products through proper handling and storage

  • Ensure inventory is properly maintained

  • Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld

  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling

  • Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift

  • Willing to work overtime as needed

  • Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
