Overview

The Loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performs the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation. They are also responsible for ensuring inventory is properly maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.

Reporting Location: Denver, CO
Compensation: $22.00 / hour + 6% or 8% shift differential applicable to hours worked (paid weekly)
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, occasional Fridays
Start Time: 5:00 PM until work is complete; 8+hrs/shift. Overtime may be required depending on business need

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner

  • Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift

  • Palletize products for loading

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.

  • Take care of our products through proper handling and storage

  • Ensure inventory is properly maintained

  • Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld

  • Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling

  • Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)


Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift

  • Willing to work overtime as needed

  • Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
