Job description

Tom Wood Lexus, located in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Pick-Up and Delivery Driver to join our service team. This position is responsible for safely transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and professional experience for our guests.   

Responsibilities: 

  • Pick up customer vehicles from their home or office and deliver them to the dealership for service appointments.     

  • Return vehicles to customers after service is completed.  

  • Ensure timely and safe transport of vehicles, following all traffic laws and dealership policies.  

  • Perform visual vehicle inspections and report any noticeable damage before and after transport.  

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles.  

  • Communicate effectively with the Service Advisor, team, and customers regarding pick-up/drop-off times.  

  • Perform light administrative duties (e.g., paperwork, logging mileage).  

  • Provide a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.  

  • Assist valets on service drive if all daily tasks have been completed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.  

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.   

  • Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely.  

  • Strong attention to detail.  

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  

  • REQUIRED- Valid driver license with a clean driving history
