What are some common challenges faced by Pick Pack workers, and how can these be managed on the job?

Pick Pack workers often face challenges such as maintaining accuracy under time pressure, managing physical demands like lifting and standing for extended periods, and adapting to rapidly changing order volumes. Open communication with supervisors and teamwork can also help address issues quickly and keep workflows smooth.
