Job description

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday, 10:00am-8:30pm
Pay: $22-$25/hr, paid weekly (based on experience and leadership background)

Run the floor. Own the outcomes.

We're looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who doesn't just keep operations moving - who makes them better. If you've led a shift, owned a KPI, or turned a struggling process into a smooth one, this role gives you the room to keep doing that.

What you'll own:

Local Picking

  • Lead and coordinate the picking team to hit accuracy and efficiency targets every shift
  • Continuously refine picking routes and methods - you're expected to find a better way, not just follow the current one
  • Train and develop team members on procedures, tools, and best practices
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies before they become problems
  • Hold the team accountable to scan compliance and troubleshoot tech issues in real time

Audit / Quality Control

  • Build and maintain quality control standards for every outgoing order
  • Run regular audits and use the data to coach, not just correct
  • Track findings and partner with management on corrective action for recurring issues
  • Own the feedback loop that keeps pick performance improving over time

Loadout of Delivery Vehicles

  • Supervise vehicle loading - every package secured, organized, and matched to the right route
  • Verify loaded orders against documentation before departure
  • Coordinate directly with drivers and dispatch to protect on-time departures
  • Resolve loadout issues on the spot, not after the fact

Order Tasking / Fulfillment

  • Assign tasks based on priority and team capacity
  • Track fulfillment from pick to loadout and catch delays before they cascade
  • Troubleshoot bottlenecks in the process, not just the individual order
  • Use warehouse management systems to keep order flow visible and on schedule

What you bring:

  • 2+ years leading or supervising in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment
  • A track record of improving a process - not just running it
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
  • Strong communication and coaching skills - you develop people, not just manage tasks
  • Comfort with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's in logistics/supply chain a plus
