 At Nasland Engineering, we believe great teams are built on trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence. We're seeking a part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to support our daily operations, Monday through Friday, 24-30 hours per week. You'll be the welcoming face of our firm. Greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, managing mail and office supplies, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and helping keep the office organized and running smoothly. You'll also coordinate deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and occasional company events. We're looking for someone who's dependable, adaptable, and enjoys helping others. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will keep our teams focused and our workplace running efficiently. 

Requirements

  • Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the Accounting department
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Take out trash and maintain a clean office environment
  • Make deliveries and pick-ups as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Help organize company events
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Take vehicles in for oil changes, repairs, and car washes as needed
