Job Description
A warehouse operation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Picker Associate to accurately select and prepare products for order fulfillment. In this role, you will use handheld RF scanners to locate inventory and retrieve products from designated warehouse locations. This position is ideal for someone who can maintain accuracy and productivity while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Lift, stack, and move boxes as needed throughout the shift
  • Stand and walk continuously while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse, picking, or order fulfillment experience preferred
  • Experience using handheld RF scanners preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, stack, and move boxes as required
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed
