Job description

Pilgrim Packaging, a division of LBS, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

Location: Des Moines, IA

Fulltime hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Pick items from warehouse according to order specifications
  • Pack products securely and accurately for shipment
  • Verify order details, quantities, and product condition before packing
  • Label, stage, and prepare packages for outbound delivery
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory counts, and order organization as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support smooth operations
