RN - Infusion

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality infusion therapy services. The RN will administer intravenous medications, monitor patient responses, manage vascular access devices, and ensure safe, efficient care throughout all infusion procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administer IV infusions, injections, biologics, hydration therapy, and specialty medications.
  • Assess patients before, during, and after infusion treatments, documenting all findings accurately.
  • Monitor for adverse reactions and respond promptly to complications or emergencies.
  • Insert, maintain, and manage peripheral IV lines; assist with PICC and central line care as required.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, infusion procedures, and post-treatment care.
  • Prepare infusion medications and equipment according to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate infusion logs, documentation, and electronic health record entries.
  • Adhere to infection control guidelines, medication safety policies, and infusion protocols.
Qualifications
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in infusion therapy, oncology, IV therapy, or acute care preferred.
