Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia.

Type of Facility SNF/LTC Floor Mix of long term and skilled residents.

# of Beds/Residents 30 residents per unit (60 total for.

Floor).

Private rooms.

EMR Point Click Care.

Ratios RN's/LPN's: 1:15.

12 hour shifts (6:45-7:15), every other weekend required; scheduled.

Call or Standby Requirement NO.

Floating Requirements Travel float as needed travelers will float before CORE staff.

Scrub Color/Dress Code RN's: navy blue nurses.

Required Certifications CPR Must have their CPR prior to first day.

Common diagnosis / Types of patients Inability to care for self, Sepsis,

Femur Fx, NSTEMI, CKF, CHF, UTI.

Mix of long term residents and residents here to gain strength to return home.

Job Duties LPN - Pass meds, wound care, Foley/cath care, PEG tube feedings,

Ostomy care, trache care. RN will take care of IVs, PICC lines, mediports, etc.

Experience or 'Must have' skills.

IV Antibiotics/Blood/ IVF.
