Role Overview / Purpose and Scope

This roleis responsible forensuring 100% inspection, verification, andaccuraterecording of allproductsentering and exiting the coolers. The position supports cooler organization, inventory accuracy, product rotation, and operational readiness bymaintainingproper SKU placement, comparing physical inventory to the PI system, and following food safety, quality, and housekeeping expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100%inspection of product entering and exiting the coolers and record all activity with proper verification.

  • Operate a power jack safely tomaintaincooler organization and support product movement.

  • Perform inventory once per hour and compare physical counts against the PI system to ensure accuracy.

  • Place SKUs in proper locations, ensuring the oldest dates are positioned in front of newer dates to support correct product rotation.

  • Communicate verbally with supervisors and associatesregardingcooler activity, inventory accuracy,and productmovement.

  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

  • Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Ability towork incold and wet environments.

  • Basic inventory knowledge, including the ability to compare physical inventory counts against system records.

  • Ability to communicate verbally with supervisors and associates.

  • Priorwarehouse, shipping, receiving, production, food processing, poultry processing, or inventory experience.

  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

New team members must be able to pass a drugandalcoholpost-offer andprior to the start of their employment.Mustbe authorized towork in the United States.The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of their third day of work.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel

Work is performed in a damp and extremelycoldcooler environment. The role requires bending, standing, pushing, pulling, and twisting onoccasion. Team members must be able to occasionallylift upto 50 lbs. This position requires workingweekendsand overtime as needed. Travel is not expected for this role.
