  • Defend healthcare providers and related clients in medical malpractice and healthcare litigation matters
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy materials
  • Take and defend depositions and help prepare witnesses and experts
  • Support hearings, mediations, and trial preparation in state and federal courts
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and co counsel in a professional, responsive way

Qualifications
  • JD required
  • Admitted in Virginia (or ability to obtain admission promptly)
