Tech Soft 3D is the leading provider of engineering software development toolkits and enterprise applications for CAD/CAE data conversion, visualization, and data publishing.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Engineering Manager (internal title: Consulting Engineering Manager). In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with a team of highly skilled Consulting Engineers to help our customers solve complex technical challenges, guide product integration, and ensure our tools deliver maximum value.


You'll lead the team responsible fordelivering exceptional customer experiences, building trusted partner relationships, and helping customers achieve long-term success.


You will take a hands-on approach, bringing strong technical depth in 3D and meaningful pre-sales exposure.This role combines leadership, collaboration, and technicalexpertiseto ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and long-lasting relationships.


We are looking for someone who wants a mix of leading a team as well as getting hands on technically. This role would suit someone with coding experience and familiarity with SDK.


This is a remote role based in the U.S, managing team members in France, U.S, Canada, and Japan.

  • Enhance How the Team Works: Partner with the Sr. DirectorofPartner Development to refine tools, processes and workflows so the team can operate efficiently and sustainably
  • Champion company culture: Build positive relationships, stay agile through change, and help create a collaborative high-performing team environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering,computing,productdesign,physics, or a related field,orequivalent relevant experience
  • 10+ years'experience working in the Automotive, Aerospace, orDefensesectors, either as an end-user or within the CAD/PLM/PDM software ecosystem
  • Previouspeople management experience
  • Solid technical understanding of 3D geometry and CAD
  • A track recordof success in pre-sales and technical support
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships and technical challenges
  • Ability to traveloccasionally
