Job description

Position Summary:

Segue Technologies is seeking a Training Specialist and Content Developer to own production of training and adoption materials for a large-scale U.S. Air Force enterprise system rollout. Candidate will work under the direction of the Lead Trainer/Change Manager. Candidates will execute user training and produce end-user-facing artifacts supporting a major Learning Management System cutover across a large aircrew community. This is a full-time remote position requiring some travel.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Write and produce training aids, guides, quick reference cards, and system help content for a large enterprise end-user population.

  • Develop role-specific training materials aligned to defined user personas across the aircrew community.

  • Maintain and update training content in sync with sprint releases and feature changes.

  • Collaborate with the Lead Trainer, product team, and functional SMEs to validate the accuracy of content.

  • Support in-application UX copy review where applicable (tooltips, error messages, field labels).

  •  Perform in person and/or virtual training to aircrew across various DoD bases and MAJCOMS.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience.

  • 5+ years of aircrew technical writing or instructional content development experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex system functionality into plain-language user documentation.

  • Experience producing training materials for enterprise software rollouts.

  • Strong written communication skills; ability to work from product demos, user stories, and SME input without a complete specification.

  • Must hold or be able to pass a Federal Background investigation to obtain a T1 (also known as Public Trust or NACI).

 Additional Desired Skills:

  •  UX design professional certification(s).

  •  Experience using aircrew LMS systems like PEX, GTIMS, and/or Puckboard.

  •  Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platform rollouts.

  •  Active DoD Secret Clearance (ability to obtain)
