Glenwood Medical Associates seeks a full-time Family Practice Physician Assistant to join our family of providers. As part of the Family Practice team, you’ll perform comprehensive  evaluations, designing and implementing a treatment plan of care tailored to each patient.

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills – including strong judgment, professionalism and the ability to think on your feet, while delivering excellent patient care.
  • Open to flexible hours to meet patient needs.
  • A desire to work in an independent Physician owned practice.

Requirements:
  • Education: Graduation from an Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) accredited program.
  • National Certification: Current certification (PA-C) issued by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Colorado State License: Active and unrestricted PA license issued by the Colorado Medical Board.
  • Prescriptive Authority: Valid and unrestricted DEA registration and Colorado prescriptive authority.
  • Life Support: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS] is often preferred
