Parkview Health is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician/Physiatrist/Physician specializing in Physiatry to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Specifics of the Role:

  • Full Time Position (1.0 FTE)
  • This is a rapid growing team and looking to further expand their neuro-rehab clinics for TBI, SCI, Stroke, Spasticity, Amputee, and along with following up patients from our 50-bed CARF accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit post-discharge 
  • Time will be split between outpatient clinic and consult duties, EMGs optional 
  • Consults available at acute care hospitals and preferred local subacute centers within Fort Wayne 
  • Ultrasound is available to utilize for evaluations or injections 
  • On-call bonus available for inpatient call coverage with a resident physician 
  • Teaching opportunities with our PM&R residents and medical students  
  • Currently made up of 6 physiciansand2 advanced practice providers 
  • Excellent provider/staff/team collaboration environment promoting a positive working atmosphere and exceptional patient care
