Physician Assistant | Full-Time, Permanent | La Quinta, California

About the Position

  • Full-time Physician Assistant in outpatient primary care

  • Primary Care Outpatient Clinic

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • New grads welcome, with real physician collaboration and mentorship

  • Time to build long-term relationships with your patients (we run on NextGen)

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70–$75 per hour, based on experience

  • $4,000 annual CME allowance

  • Medical insurance (employee covered; family available at cost)

  • Vision and dental available at cost

  • 401(k)

  • Paid time off: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, 9 paid holidays
