This full-time position involves providing high-quality therapeutic services to patients in an outpatient home care setting. Work Environment

The work setting is primarily onsite, allowing direct interaction with patients on a regular basis. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, either from 9 AM to 5 PM or 8 AM to 4 PM, providing a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions to design personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals.
  • Implement and modify treatment protocols utilizing diverse techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, massage, and patient education.
  • Regularly engage with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical teaching activities by mentoring physical therapy interns, student residents, and junior staff members, helping to shape the next generation of therapists.

Qualifications
