Our salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Physical Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and treatment needs.
• Creating and implementing customized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient strength, mobility, and independence in daily activities.
• Utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and various modalities to effectively treat physical impairments and rehabilitate patients.
• Regularly monitoring patient progress and documenting outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on individual patient responses.
• Collaborating with a diverse interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the holistic health of patients.
• Providing education to both patients and their families on safe home exercise programs and strategies for ongoing physical health maintenance.
• Adhering to all applicable state regulations and professional standards to ensure compliance in therapy practices.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Our patient population includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, with a specific focus on geriatric patients who often require specialized rehabilitation services. You will play a critical role in facilitating their recovery and improving their quality of life through tailored therapy interventions.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master’s or Doctorate is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail in documenting patient treatments and outcomes.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices in the field of physical therapy.

While a minimum of two years of professional experience is required, candidates with previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or working specifically with geriatric populations will be favored. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and referral management tools is advantageous and will enhance your ability to contribute to our patient care processes effectively.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
