Mobility Project Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Old Bridge, New Jersey. Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our vibrant rehabilitation center, where you will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including physiatrists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation nurses. The facility is designed to promote an interactive and engaging treatment atmosphere, complemented by modern equipment to facilitate efficient therapy sessions. Our typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to identify personalized treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and manual therapy techniques to improve patients' range of motion and functional mobility.
  • Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of the patient's health are addressed.

  • Document all treatment sessions meticulously, including patient responses, progress, and modifications to the care plan.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and joint pain. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
  • Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Strong proficiency and hands-on competence in manual therapy techniques.
