Work Environment

As a full-time team member at Mobility Project Physical Therapy, you will work onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic equipment. Operating Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, our facility is designed to promote healing and recovery in a comforting and professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and objectives.
  • Utilize your expertise in manual therapy and other specialized techniques to enhance the recovery process.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall health.
  • Monitor patient progress, refining treatment approaches based on feedback and outcomes, ensuring each individual is on a path to recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, safe exercise protocols, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Collaborate extensively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing your expertise and proficiency.
