Position Summary

Were looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Installation Technician to join our installation team. This is a handson role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants to learn a skilled trade with longterm growth potential.

Youll support our crew with job site preparation, concrete coating installation, cleanup, and customer interaction. No prior experience is requiredjust a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to showing up every day ready to contribute.

Key Responsibilities

General & Team Support

  • Assist with job site setup, preparation, and cleanup
  • Follow direction from the Production Manager or Crew Lead to complete tasks safely and efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training to learn installation techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures

Project Preparation

  • Prep trucks each morning with required tools, materials, and equipment
  • Load and unload supplies at the shop and job sites
  • Keep trucks, trailers, and storage areas clean and organized
  • Report low inventory or damaged tools/equipment promptly

Installation & Application

  • Assist with surface preparation, including cleaning, grinding, and etching concrete
  • Mix coating materials accurately and safely
  • Apply coatings using rollers, squeegees, and other tools as directed
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Quality & Cleanup

  • Support final walkthroughs to identify touchups or adjustments
  • Clean job sites thoroughly to ensure a professional finish
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment after each job

Customer Service

  • Maintain a respectful, professional attitude on every job site
  • Answer basic customer questions politely and direct detailed inquiries to the Crew Lead or Production Manager

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and reliabilityconsistent attendance is essential
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
  • Willingness to learn installation processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to the CCS shop and local job sites
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
