Job description

Black Bear Talent is seeking reliable General Laborers to assist with a renovation project at our client’s site. This position will involve physical labor and supporting various renovation activities to help ensure the project is completed safely and efficiently. This is a temporary position expected to continue through approximately September. Candidates must be flexible and prepared to work extended hours, including mandatory overtime and weekend work as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks to support renovation and construction activities
  • Assist with moving materials, cleanup, loading/unloading, and other physical duties as assigned
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from site supervisors
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Be prepared to work 8 - 10 hour shifts with overtime each week

Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, lifting, bending, and moving materials
  • Willingness and availability to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely on an active job site
  • Previous construction or general labor experience

Schedule & Duration:

  • 8 - 10 hour shifts
  • Overtime is mandatory
  • Weekend work required
  • Temporary assignment expected through September
