• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address diverse mental health needs.
• Assess patient conditions through clinical interviews, standardized assessments, and observation to develop robust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment logs that document progress and modify plans as needed based on patient feedback and clinical judgment.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to navigate crisis situations, providing immediate support and interventions when necessary.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to create and implement effective resolution strategies, ensuring involvement in the treatment process.
• Provide referrals to specialized professionals and resources, facilitating comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient progress and adapt treatment strategies to meet changing needs.
• Facilitate educational programs and support services to patients and their families to enhance understanding and coping strategies regarding mental health.

Your caseload will include a diverse group of individuals experiencing a range of psychological conditions. From anxiety and depression to more complex issues requiring intensive intervention, your expertise will support patients on their journey toward recovery. By fostering a non-judgmental and safe environment, you will engage clients in meaningful conversations that lead to impactful therapeutic outcomes.

• Applicants must possess a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• A valid license is required, such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD, to practice in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting is mandatory, showcasing your ability to manage complex cases.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Proficiency in teletherapy and the use of digital tools for mental health assessment and intervention.
• Demonstrated success in crisis intervention and problem-solving within clinical settings.

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will benefit from a $1,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling options ranging from 5 to 40 hours each week, and an attractive compensation package that includes up to an additional $2,000 in performance-based bonuses. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and generous paid time off that rolls over annually, with options to cash out.
