About the Job
Grads Photography is dedicated to delivering exceptional service with professionalism and efficiency. We're seeking a friendly, motivated team player who values accuracy, is eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Position: Part-Time Studio Assistant.
Location: Chandler, AZ (Pecos & McQueen).
This position is seasonal with the possibility of extension based on performance. The pay rate ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers upon arrival at the studio.
  • Maintain and update customer information.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
Schedule:
  • Must be available Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays. Most weekday shifts are 11:30a-6pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekday shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Proficient with computers and common applications (e.g., Internet Explorer, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to our Chandler location.
