  • Review digital assets to ensure they meet quality, consistency, and production standards.
  • Receive, prepare, scan, track, and stage products for photography.
  • Maintain organized file structures and workflows to meet production schedules and turnaround times.

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized work environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Strong background in digital photography, including composition, lighting, and image capture techniques.
  • Proficiency with professional photography equipment, studio lighting, and flash systems.
  • Experience editing and retouching images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to image quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to lift and move products and equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Professional communication skills and willingness to receive and apply constructive feedback.
  • Photography degree preferred, but equivalent experience and portfolio work are highly valued.

Location & Travel
  • Candidates should reside in or near Lansing, Michigan.
  • Occasional travel may be required, including assignments beyond the Lansing area and trips exceeding 60 miles.

Why This Role Matters
