Create engaging social media experiences that help more people discover Parkview, strengthen our online community, and inspire people to take their next step toward Jesus.

Devin Mooneyham, Communications Director
REPONSIBILITIES
• Own and execute Parkview's social media strategy across all campuses and ministries, including monthly content calendars and campaign recommendations • Create and produce compelling content, photos, video, reels, stories, carousels, graphics, and captions, in partnership with ministry leaders • Manage Parkview's online community by monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and escalating pastoral care needs • Track performance data and use analytics to guide content strategy and platform optimization • Collaborate with the Communications Director, video team, and ministry staff on social media needs and event coverage • Maintain weekend responsibilities to capture, support, and publish timely event-related content • Recruit, manage, and shepherd a team of volunteers and freelancers • Maintain content libraries and scheduling platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
• Growing relationship with Jesus and alignment with Parkview's mission • 2-4+ years of professional social media experience with strong platform knowledge • Excellent writing, video editing, and photography skills • Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Availability for evenings and weekends is required • Preferred: church or nonprofit experience, Meta Business Suite or Sprout Social, and Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
