Job Title: Church Photographer/Consultant

Reports to:Director of Church Photography Operations


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Church Photographer to join our team at Harmann Studios Inc. The Church Photographer will work closely with the Director of Church Photography Operations and team members to organize, conduct, and produce high-quality photography products. Your role is essential in providing a superior experience for our customers, creating lifelong photographic memories with passion and enthusiasm. You will be the lead person in collaboration with designers and directing our four graphic designers in post-production to provide our clients on exceptional experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct professional photography sessions for individuals, couples, and groups of all ages, providing product and pricing details during viewing and sales presentations.
  • Organize and securely pack all photography equipment, marketing materials, and necessary items for each event. Ensure proper storage after use.
  • Travel to and from Harmann Studios headquarters to church locations across Wisconsin, using company or personal vehicles, with paid travel time. Note that 25% of church travel requires overnight stays.
  • Maintain vehicles and promptly report any issues.
  • Set up necessary equipment at each photography event and coordinate with the appointed church host/hostess to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Troubleshoot any equipment issues during events to maintain smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with the lab production team to create and distribute sample photography products for pre-sales marketing.
  • Upload customer images, order forms, and necessary paperwork for production upon returning from sessions.
  • Follow a step-by-step guide for processing and forwarding digital photography copies to church customers.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve the church division's photography and sales processes.
  • Attend weekly church division meetings and assist with various tasks to support business goals.
  • Maintain company photography equipment and report any necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Support production tasks, such as photo and yearbook production, during non-peak photography periods.
  • Proof and submit sales and expense reports to payroll, and accounting.
  • Seek continuous improvement through training and educational resources, enhancing personal and team capabilities.
  • Utilize computer and software applications.
  • Adhere to all Church Photography Division processes and procedures to maintain a steady workflow.


Requirements:
