Lapersonne sera responsable d'appuyer le surintendant et le charge de projets dans les etapes menant a la reussite du projet de construction. Le candidat aura a coordonner differentes taches et devra avoir un bon sens de l'organisation ainsi que de la gestion des priorites.


VOTRE ROLE ET VOS RESPONSABILITES


  • Effectuerla gestion desdessins d'atelier aupres des sous-traitants et des professionnels
  • Effectuerla gestion des QRT en collaboration avec l'equipeduprojet
  • Assister aux reunions de chantieretfaire la gestiondes tachesapplicablesdans la plateformede gestion de projet
  • Creer les contacts chantier dans la plateforme de gestion de projets
  • Faire le suividesversions deplans et directivesutilisesau chantier(parlessous-traitants)et transmettre les documents pertinents aux intervenants concernes
  • Prendre les photos pertinentes pour lerapport journalier
  • Participer aux inspections avant la fermeture des murset inspections finalesavec l'equipe chantier
  • Collaborer au suividesdeficiencesavec l'equipe chantieret faire le suivi des deficiences des professionnels
  • Effectuerla gestiondes formulaires d'attestation de conformites et controle qualite
  • Faire le suivi du registre des coulees de betonen collaboration avec le surintendant
  • Garder a jour l'echeancier MS Project imprime
  • Documenterles informations en lien avec des reclamations potentielles(ex:retro facturations)
  • Assister lesurintendant dans les taches administrativesapplicables
