Responsibilities: * Capture high-quality photography and videography supporting Key Leader Engagements (KLEs), senior leader engagements, operational activities, partner engagements, exercises, and command events.
* Coordinate with Public Affairs, communication teams, and stakeholders to ensure visual content aligns with command objectives, approved messaging, release guidance, and OPSEC requirements.
* Develop shot lists, storyboards, content plans, and visual concepts that support strategic communications, operational priorities, and engagement objectives.
* Produce, edit, and deliver professional photo, video, and multimedia products, incorporating graphics, audio, captions, and narration as required.
* Create rapid-turn visual products, executive summaries, highlight reels, and engagement recaps to support leadership awareness, internal communications, and public release efforts.
* Maintain organized digital asset libraries, metadata tagging, archival records, and content management systems to ensure accessibility, continuity, and historical preservation.
* Support media engagements, command visits, exercises, and senior leader travel by documenting key events, interactions, decisions, and mission activities.
* Operate and maintain professional photography, videography, editing, and content distribution systems while ensuring products meet technical, quality, and release standards. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in photography, videography, multimedia production, visual communications, journalism, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience capturing and producing professional photo and video content in operational, government, military, corporate, or public affairs environments.
* Proficiency with industry-standard photography, videography, editing, and multimedia production tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
* Experience developing visual stories, feature content, executive communication products, and digital media assets for diverse audiences and platforms. Desired Qualifications: * Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces, Special Operations Forces (SOF), public affairs organizations, or government communication efforts.
* Experience producing content supporting strategic communications, Information Operations (IO), Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), senior leader engagements, or influence activities.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
