Overview of the Role

  • C.A. Fortune is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to service Woodman's
  • You will be responsible for selling, building relationships with store management, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts as well as reporting tasks in a reporting system, with varied merchandising opportunities
  • This is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving records, valid driver's license, and maintaining auto insurance are all required   
  • Location Appleton, WI
  • Salary: $18 - $20 depending on years of experience and expertise
  • This position is full time 37.5 hours per week 
  • No Weekends. Work is to be completed between Monday and Friday.

What You'll Do at C.A. Fortune

  • Represent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, calling on Woodman's
  • Function as the primary liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space, promotional execution, and distribution – directly contributing to sales growth
  • Pitch new products, secure incremental placement, adapt to quickly shifting business needs while consistently delivering sales objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Utilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
  • Must maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores
  • Must adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines
  • Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. throughout the workday
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
