We need a reliable Overnight Apprentice to support our Lead Technician on commercial exterior cleaning routes across Northern Virginia. You'll work as part of a two-person team during off-peak hours, helping deliver quality results within tight access windows before morning business hours.
This is an entry-level field position with real earning potential. You don't need experience you need to show up, work hard, and take direction well.
What You'll Do

  • Support the Lead Technician on commercial cleaning jobs overnight across Northern Virginia
  • Operate pressure washing and soft washing equipment
  • Maintain truck cleanliness and equipment standards
  • Follow our quality control system (daily photo documentation)
  • Complete routes within access windows before morning business hours
  • Report to Director of Operations
Schedule

  • Overnight hours work performed during off-peak hours
  • Active season: March November
  • 3040 hours/week
Requirements Must Have:
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
  • Comfortable riding in and assisting with box trucks
  • Not afraid of heights (we do multi-story buildings and lift work)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Pass background check

  • Pressure washing/soft washing experience is a plus
