Job description

The Contents Restoration Technician would join a team of highly qualified technicians providing exceptional customer service while cleaning and restoring clients belongings damaged by water, fire, smoke, and mold. Technicians perform content cleaning labor on-site or pack and move belongings to the warehouse for detailed restoration and/or storage.
Responsibilities:

Completion of contents restoration tasks based on work orders to include, but not limited to:
  • Cleaning/ packing of all household items/furniture that pertain to the damaged area
  • Boxing up/ moving belongings/ furniture on-site or to our cleaning/storage facilities
  • Taking accurate inventory/photo documentation of all items
  • Cleaning the vicinity of the damaged area for reconstruction (remodeling/repairs)
  • Professional cleaning, deodorizing, repair of all household items/furniture
Required Qualifications:

  • Can lift over 30 lbs.
  • Bending, lifting, kneeling, and twisting
  • Experience in cleaning - a plus!
  • Communicate well within the team
  • Professionalism and integrity is appreciated and expected
  • Must pass background check
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to learn (we like to train our technicians so they can grow with us!)
  • Some Saturdays required during busy seasons
