The YETI Content team is looking for an experienced Photo Producer with a strong foundation in lifestyle photography production, to support and execute the production of evergreen product photo shoots. You must be highly organized, detail oriented and communicative with experience working on outdoor brand work. You are accustomed to navigating the unknown: problem solving without all the details; gathering information, coordinating with teams, and adjusting plans as timelines or priorities shift .

While the role will mainly focus on still photography, shoots will occasionally include small-scale video production components. This individual should have a clear understanding of the photo production process within a brand or agency environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the organization and coordination of evergreen lifestyle photo shoots, from briefing to final delivery of assets. Each shoot will vary in scope and budget and will occasionally include small-scale video production components.
  • Contribute input and options on photographers and production approaches within budget and time constraints with direction from senior team members
  • Align multiple concurrent shoots with oversight from senior team members.
  • Utilize core, seasoned photographers on the YETI roster, opportunity to bring new photographers to the mix
  • Assist senior producers in managing communications with creative teams and vendors
  • Always produce with YETI brand voice in mind- take the time to learn the brand voice - authenticity always intact
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with our Brand, Community, and Creative teams and cross functionally across the business
  • Problem solve on how to get multiple products shot in multiple pursuits in an efficient way, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Execute on photo shoot timelines and schedules in coordination with project management teams
  • Secure necessary locations, talent, insurance, permits, props and product needs for shoots following established guidelines and approvals
  • Act as the main point of contact for the creative team and vendors from shoot inception to completion
  • Facilitate budget tracking and expense management for assigned shoots
  • Assist in coordinating schedules and tracking budget adherence; escalate variances to senior team members

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Greater than2 years experience supporting still photo work at a brand or agency
  • Experience in the outdoors or with outdoor brands a plus
  • Be a self-starter and a multi-tasker who can handle multiple workstreams with guidance and prioritization support
  • Ability to make the most of a low budget project and still produce high quality creative
  • Knowledge of photo editing and review platforms
  • Very detail oriented and organized
  • Always have a great positive attitude, calm cool and collected
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
