Title Multimedia Lead Producer (Video/Photo) Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Description RiVidium is seeking a Multimedia Lead Producer (Video/Photo) to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Performs PWS C.5.2.3.5 media intelligence; analyzes sentiment, tracks trends, and generates executive-level engagement reports. This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities * Lead multimedia production planning and oversee execution of video and photography deliverables. * Coordinate concept development, production schedules, editing, and final delivery. * Ensure multimedia content aligns with approved messaging, audience needs, and quality standards. * Work closely with creative, content, and stakeholder teams to support campaign execution.Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. * Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Lead (15+ yrs). * Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information. * Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment. * Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role.Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting public sector, defense, or mission-focused digital communications programs. * Familiarity with audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and content performance measurement. * Experience collaborating across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign teams.Work Setting This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required.
