Reports to: Senior Leadership / Operations
Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Supervisor to own the successful execution of field-based service projects across multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for managing projects from prep through completion, serving as the primary client point of contact, ensuring quality control standards are met, and supporting crew training and operational consistency.
This is a hands-on, operational role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys being in the field when needed, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with strong client relationships.

Window Cleaning

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects and client accounts
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and staffing requirements
  • Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to standard
  • Track scope changes and communicate impacts clearly
Client Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Provide proactive updates on schedules, progress, and issues
  • Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Escalate risks or scope changes appropriately while offering solutions
  • Build long-term trust through consistent communication and follow-through
Quality Control (QC)
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards across projects
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and/or photo documentation
  • Identify deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed
  • Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
Project Preparation
  • Conduct pre-job walkthroughs (on-site or virtual)
  • Confirm scope, access requirements, labor needs, equipment, and safety considerations
  • Coordinate permits, approvals, and scheduling with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure crews are fully prepared before work begins to avoid surprises
Training & Standardization
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new crew members and leads
  • Reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
  • Help document processes and job standards
  • Support continuous improvement across crews and projects
Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of experience managing field-based projects (services, facilities, construction, maintenance, or similar)
  • Experience coordinating labor crews and/or subcontractors
  • Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in the field as needed
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally, experience driving hauling trailer and equipment required
Preferred
  • Experience in pressure washing, janitorial, facilities, maintenance, or similar industries
  • Familiarity with quality control programs and SOP development
  • Experience training or leading frontline teams
  • Comfort using basic project tracking tools, email, and documentation
