Job Details
The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of initiatives within a defined department or unit by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and assisting multidisciplinary partners throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures day-to-day coordination and communication of project activities to support a successful outcome.
Job Description
Essential Functions:
  • Initiate credentialing processes with Medical Staff Office & Payer credentialing teams
  • Coordinate clinician onboarding schedules & send them to the clinicians before their start date
    • Collaborate with various teams (hiring manager, practice manager, Epic teams, Provider Relations Manager, Leadership, and others) to schedule required trainings, orientations, meetings, and more to prepare the clinician for their new role
  • Request clinician's access to Epic & schedule their Epic training
  • Serve as the photo/video session administrator - involves meeting new clinicians in person at the monthly photo/video session (Cherry Hill, NJ)
  • Be the clinician's contact for misc. questions and any access issues during first week
  • Send clinician onboarding checklist to practice managers and follow through to completion
  • Update documents used internally & externally, involving details of JMG East practices & clinicians
  • Collaborate with Patient Point vendor to request announcements of onboarding clinicians and relocations for patient awareness
  • Assist with clinician offboarding - involves asking teams to term clinician's credentialing, asking Epic to term access, and sending practice manager their checklist of responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with practice managers and leadership to draft letters to notify patients when a clinician is offboarding or relocating. Obtain quote from mailhouse vendor and request a PO for the job
  • Order clinician lab coats from the Jefferson approved vendor
  • Order clinician business cards from the Jefferson approved vendor
  • Update Press Ganey (patient satisfaction survey vendor) as needed to add/remove clinicians as they onboard and offboard.

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience handling projects or administrative work involving tight deadlines, multiple priorities, and teamwork.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and develop solutions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently on tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing clear reports and presentations.

Salary Range
$44,948.03 to $64,051.42 Annual
The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
Positions posted as annual salaries reflect an estimated amount for a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) (i.e. 40 hour equivalent)), positions for less than 1.0 FTE will be prorated.)
