About the Opportunity

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced roofing professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair, maintenance, and roofing-related service work orders through our established residential and property management partnerships.

This opportunity is ideal for independent roofing contractors looking to supplement their current workload with flexible, ongoing project opportunities and fast payment processing.

We provide direct work assignments within your local service area, and materials are supplied for approved projects when applicable.

Roofing Experience We're Looking For

Qualified contractors should have experience with residential roofing services including:

Roof Inspections & Troubleshooting
  • Leak detection and diagnostics
  • Storm-related damage inspections
  • Flashing, ventilation, and moisture assessments
  • Identifying potential mold or water intrusion risks
Minor Roofing Repairs & Maintenance
  • Shingle, tile, or roofing material repairs
  • Nail pops and small puncture repairs
  • Sealant application around vents and flashing
  • Gutter repairs and maintenance
Larger Roofing Projects & Estimates
  • Tear-offs and underlayment installation
  • Partial or full roof replacements
  • Roofing systems including asphalt, TPO, tile, and related materials
  • Soffit, fascia, and ventilation-related repairs
Job Documentation
  • Before, during, and after photos
  • Detailed job notes submitted through the portal
