Job description

SHIFT: Weekend Saturday and Sunday 7a-8p
This position is responsible for taking pre and post recon photos on our main lot, and TRA photographs of vehicles as defined by Image Standards using our MIC 2.0 application. The Vehicle Photographer will include responsibility for Photo Booth processing as well. Additionally, this position supports uploading images captured during the inspection process. This is an outside position. Photos are taken of vehicles in cold and hot weather.
• Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.
• Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
• Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is so equipped.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
• Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Generally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field
  • Previous experience in detail shop or buffing experience helpful.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
  • Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.
  • Medium strength: ability to lift 1-30 pounds (light hand tools, etc.).
  • Manual dexterity, repetitive motion tasks.
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
  • Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions.

Occasional exposure to outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock hazard and toxic or caustic chemicals.
USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
