POSITION DESCRIPTION Production Specialists are responsible for the creation of custom photo products for our customers. Specific job responsibilities may include one of more of the following: - Machine operation (various types) - Inspection & quality control - Preparing products for packing & shipping - Unloading supplies and delivering to the appropriate work station - Create shipping labels - Product assembls - Cleaning and maintenance of machines and work stations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment desirable but not required. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail. Experience and comfort working with Windows-based systems Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift 20 pounds on a regular basis.

Ability to stand for long periods of time. Regular attendance is required. Adherence to Company policy and procedures is required.
