Description

The Sea Bulk Liner is responsible for the proper installation of sea bulk liners in 20' and 40' containers to prepare them for resin loading. This role focuses exclusively on container preparation, liner integrity, and area readiness while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The Sea Bulk Liner does not perform loading or scaling activities.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Properly install sea bulk liners in 20' and 40' containers per established work instructions.ย 
  • Inspect containers prior to liner installation to ensure cleanliness and suitability.ย 
  • Adhere to daily seabulk schedule and ensure correct containers are lined in correct order with correct type of liners.
  • Ensure liners are installed correctly, secured properly, and free of damage.ย 
  • Log quality inspection points on appropriate checklists and take required photo evidence.
  • Communicate container readiness to the Sea Bulk Operator or Supervisor once liners are installed.ย 
  • Maintain liner inventory awareness and report shortages or damages to the Supervisor.ย 
  • Keep liner and staging areas clean and organized throughout the shift.ย 
  • Immediately report any safety concerns, damaged liners, or container issues to the Supervisor.ย 
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures at all times.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Safety-conscious and quality-focused mindset.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to properly install both 20' and 40' sea bulk liners.

Abilities Required

  • Willingness to work weekends or holidays based on customer demand.
