Audacy radio stations are hiring Promotion Assistants to help execute on-site activations in our community, local venues and other events. Must be a "people person" that has a flexible schedule, is available nights and weekends, and is highly motivated, responsible, and friendly. Must be able to lift and carry equipment.

What You'll Do:

Our Promotions team is responsible for representing our brands to the highest quality while in the community of Las Vegas. You will assist with everything from in-office support such as preparing and executing on-air, online, and on-site contests, contacting winners, processing winner paperwork to working live events, appearances, and remote broadcasts assisting with setup, teardown, on-site activations, audio/video equipment, driving station vehicles, and more!

We are looking for energetic, dependable, passionate, flexible team members who can keep up with the busyness of our city of Las Vegas, use sound judgement, and have an outgoing personality that is ready to roll up their sleeves, learn, work hard, and have fun doing it!


The Promotions team is responsible for the following, including but not limited to:

  • Execute on-site promotional events and coordinate/manage clients and listeners on-site.
  • Set up, break down, and transport promotional event equipment as required.
  • Create, execute, and fulfil on-air and online promotions, contests, and prize fulfillment
  • Set up and run audio and other types of equipment during an event.
  • Hang banners and other staging elements at events.
  • Assist with the capturing/filming/editing of videos/content to be distributed through our stations social media channels as well as used for sales/promotions recap videos for each event.
  • Responsible for fulfilling winner release forms and other waivers when needed for prize fulfilment and an event.
  • Maintain promotional equipment and vehicles in a clean and neat manner
  • Check email; attend mandatory meetings on time; be able to work weekends, holidays, and blackout dates (specified by Promotions Director/Manager).
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends
  • May need to work with little notice.
  • Work in a fast paced and upbeat environment 

Required & Preferred:

  • A positive attitude, and willingness to learn and be a team player.
  • Ability to drive company vehicles to and from events.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry equipment (50 lbs)
  • Professional appearance and punctuality.
  • Reliable and dependable mode of transportation.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Preferred:

  • Experience using Google Workspaces (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.)
    Knowledge of promotions software, including but not limited to Vibes, Sprinklr, Audience, RebelMouse
  • Digital video and photo editing experience. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Audition, FinalCut/Capcut 
  • Customer service and/or prior Promotions/Brand Ambassador Experience
  • Knowledge of our brands and a passion for music and live events

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs and/or ladders; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
