Job Description:

What will you work on?
The Trade Show & Events Coordinator is essential to providing support and assistance on internal showrooms as well as offsite trade shows. This role is responsible for aiding the Trade Show Director, Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, working along side other associates in overseeing sample needs entire process of designing; establishing and coordinating both internal and external showroom and trade show booth displays, and all elements included therein. Having this immediate support facilitates the entire team to produce highly successful displays and detailed inventories of Spin Masters showroom assets and displays globally.
How will you create impact?

  • Support with Shipping requirements for the shows
  • Support in sample coordination and management for trade shows, and international showrooms
  • Support team with prop displays, l-boards and plexi ordering and organization
  • Support Senior project manager & Director with budget tracking and reconciliation, POs & PRs where needed
  • Liaising with all stakeholders and vendors for large and smaller shows, including information gathering, spec confirmation, approvals etc.
  • Assist in managing inventory and location of pop-up displays, props and furniture for various shows as they travel
  • Work alongside the Trade Show team in packing and shipping of prototypes and showroom elements for upcoming shows as well during set ups and teardowns.
  • Liaise with various internal teams on planning, sourcing and gallery execution for all relevant showrooms and trade shows
  • Help in coordinating the samples and mock up packaging needed for the shows
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to organize criteria forms, information and assets for virtual 3D environments
  • Help in supporting, run sheets, and scheduling for online fairs and webinars for virtual events
  • Travel to events as needed


What are your skills and experience?

  • Experience coordinating and assisting in trade shows and or events
  • Customer Service
  • Intermediate Skills with Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Intermediate skills with Adobe - Photo Shop, Illustrator PDF
  • Eager and able to learn new interfaces -SAP, Fiori etc.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $28 to $30 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
