Main Responsibilities

Product Photography (Required Skill)

  • Take clear, accurate product photos for online listings
  • Set up simple backdrops or lighting when needed
  • Produce consistent images that make items look clean and appealing
  • Photo editing on programs such as Canva
  • Stay organized with photo files for listing workflows

(This is one major part of the job, but not the only part.)


Listing Items Online

  • Create listings based on your photography
  • Research pricing and item details
  • List items on eBay and other platforms after training


Order Packing & Shipping

  • Pack and ship orders accurately
  • Pull items from various locations in the warehouse
  • Move efficiently and stay organized on high-volume days


Warehouse Organization

  • Help clean, sort, and organize the warehouse (it needs ongoing improvement)
  • Move boxes, inventory, and equipment
  • Maintain clean, workable areas


General Daily Tasks

  • Assist with inventory intake
  • Help with customer messages when needed
  • Support the owner with whatever tasks the day requires
  • Be flexible as priorities shift in a growing business
