Start Your Healthcare Career with a Free CNA Class at NHC HealthCare Anniston!

Are you ready to begin a rewarding career in healthcare? NHC HealthCare Anniston is offering a free, two-week Student CNA training class designed to help you gain the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

No previous healthcare experience is required. We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

About the Class

This is a fast-paced, two-week nurse aide training program. Students will participate in classroom instruction and clinical training to prepare for CNA certification and future employment opportunities.

To be considered for the class, please bring the following items to your interview:

  • Completed application
  • Valid photo identification
  • Social Security card
Attendance and Academic Requirements

Because the class is completed in only two weeks, attendance is extremely important.

  • Students must attend every scheduled class and clinical session.
  • Absences and tardiness are not permitted.
  • Students must maintain a minimum grade average of 85% to remain in the program.
Class Supplies

A refundable $40 deposit for books and supplies is required on the first day of class. The deposit will be returned after successful graduation from the program.

Students must also purchase one set of scrubs to wear during classroom and clinical training.

Candidate Selection

All applicants will complete required background and registry screenings in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements.
