Job description

The Sales and Marketing Assistant provides administrative support to customers, Sales, Marketing, and other departments when necessary. This position is responsible for managing social media posts, producing graphic design work, editing videos, and copywriting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media postings and assist Marketing Coordinator with social media campaigns.
  • Assist Marketing Coordinator with copywriting and graphic design needs.
  • Maintain photo library and enhance photo submissions.
  • Prepare and fulfill requests for literature, promo items, and samples.
  • Support HR with employee recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage stock of brochures, color chips, and other collateral.
  • Assist with Builder School planning and other special events, as required

Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in business amd marketing or related field preferred
