We have continually invested in the latest technology and equipment while consistently improving line process – placing ACI at the forefront of the industry.  Since 1983, ACI has specialized in the application of Liquid Primers, Topcoats, Military Coatings, Specialty Coatings, Zinc Phosphate and Aluminum Conversion Coatings. Washline Technician - 1st shift - ACI West Bend 

If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. ACI is looking for a Washline Technician on 1st shift at our West Bend, WI facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all 9 tanks of wash line.

  • Test solution as needed.

  • Change solution according to established process.

  • Prep all chemical baths for production start up.

  • Clean out tanks when required.

  • Complete appropriate paperwork, accurately and completely. 

  • Operate water treatment system to ensure compliance.

  • Other duties as assigned.
