- Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Weekend Shift: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Monster Reservations Group is hiring Hospitality Phone Reps to help vacation package owners book trips they've already purchased. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, use your service skills to guide reservations, and keep the conversation warm and moving. No weekends on your feet. No seasonal slowdowns.
