The Role
Enservio provides services that help adjusters and claims professionals solve one of the biggest issues in property insurance - quantifying and valuing what's inside a policyholder's home. Minimizing back and forth with our customer by providing the most accurate settlement reports to aid in their Content Claim process. Enservio is looking for a Phone Specialist, you are a key part of the team that helps people get their lives back together after a disaster (i.e. fire, flood, tornado, etc.) hits their home. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the contents inventory process that enables the most accurate, fastest contents claims service available in the insurance industry today working with policyholders and our field representatives.
What You'll Do
  • You will interact directly with policyholders and our Field staff via phone and email to compile lists of their damaged personal items. You will create content lists that meet Enservio's quality standards, enabling the proper valuation of those items. Additionally, you will review lists provided by insured individuals, gathering details such as item age and pricing information to ensure the most accurate LKQ match when determining the value of their contents.
  • Monitor and manage Claim assignments.
  • Evaluate claim details and any supporting documentation then conduct interviews, and collaborating with relevant policy members to capture total loss contents.
  • Perform regular follow ups with Policyholders accuracy of inventory records.
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend action plans.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members regarding claim status, required documentation, and next steps in the process.
  • Ensure all claim-related documentation is accurately entered into the claims management system.

What You'll Bring

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • MS Office knowledge (especially excel)
  • Ability to type min 65 WPM
  • Ability to learn and navigate claims management and estimating efficiently
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using web-based research tools to verify product values and descriptions
  • Proficient in email and chat communication for customer support and claims documentation
  • Ability to empathize, experience dealing with grieving individuals (hospice, funeral, social work) a plus
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to sit on the phone for several hours at a time
  • Has good cell phone reception at home
  • Internet access
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
