Job description
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line
- Pull purchased parts from stock
- Field phone calls, provide price quotes and other required information
- Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process
- Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
- 5 or more years automotive Parts department experience required (Dealer preferred)
- 3 years automotive Parts experience preferred
- Knowledge of Ford, Reynolds and Wholesale is a plus!
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check
